How Face Value works

Follow the artists you love and pick where you go to shows. We tell you when they announce a tour, and again before each presale and general on-sale opens, so you can buy at face value from the official seller. We never sell tickets, never link to resale, and never share presale codes.

Alerts

Alerts come as notifications from the Face Value app. If you're not getting them, check your phone's Settings › Notifications › Face Value, then You › Notifications in the app. You choose how early alerts come (15, 30 or 60 minutes before a sale) and can turn any single drop's alert on or off with its bell.

Presales and codes

Many presales need a card, a phone carrier, a membership or a sign-up. Add what you have in You › Presale access and every presale will say whether you can get in. When a presale needs a code, we tell you where the official code comes from, like the artist's mailing list or your card company.

Your account

You can start without an account. To keep your artists and settings on a new phone or the website, save your account in You › Account with your email (or Apple or Google, where the app offers them).

Delete your account: in the app, You › Account › Delete account. It removes your artists, alerts and settings everywhere, right away. You can also email us to delete it.
